Shanghai Cooperation Organization

Proclaimed on June 15, 2001 in Shanghai, China. Alongside the United Nations and the European Union, it is regarded as one of the three major permanent intergovernmental international organizations. It is the only regional international organization founded on Chinese soil, the only one named after a Chinese city, and the only one whose permanent bodies are based in China.

China-SCO Sci-Tech Innovation Cooperation Center

The Center's mission is to serve high-level visits and head-of-state diplomacy, and to advance sci-tech innovation cooperation and the international development of enterprises within the SCO framework.

Upgraded from the former China-SCO Technology Transfer Center, the Center is a national official platform operating on market-based mechanisms.Headquartered in downtown Qingdao, on a 20,000 m² site。
